Funding your Executive MBA
Most of our participants are self-funded or have the support of their company.
Companies are often willing to fund an MBA, as it develops individual full potential, helping employees become true leaders. MBA participants are highly valued for their contributions back in the workplace. Return on investment is immediate: participants apply their learning directly back into company operations; knowledge and skills are shared to the benefit to the whole organisation. In turn, organisations are able to retain their best talents.
In some countries, pursuing an Executive MBA allows you to reduce your taxable income. We advise you to talk with your tax advisor or national tax office regarding this possibility.
In Switzerland, the deduction of continuous education costs from your federal income tax is accepted until a maximum of CHF 12,000 per year. For cantonal income tax, please consult your resident taxation office to find out more about it.
We will provide you with all the necessary certification to help you in this process.
Women can explore the option of a loan provided by the ‘MBA for Women Foundation’, an international organisation that provides financial support to ambitious women from Germany, Switzerland and Austria who wish to pursue an MBA at a leading business school.
A couple of foundations offer loans at favourable rates to support education projects.
In Switzerland, for example, you can get in touch with EDUCA SWISS or Splendit.
