Our world-class Executive MBA is composed of 16 core modules spread over 16 months, complemented by modules of a chosen focus in either Healthcare Management or Financial Management.
Throughout the program, you will participate in a one-week study tour abroad, an intensive introductory week, and complete three multidisciplinary projects.

FOCUS AREA
Designed for leaders across industries, the focus in Financial Management demystifies complex financial concepts. Leveraging HEC Lausanne’s internationally acclaimed finance research and education, this focus equips participants to better understand and optimise financial strategies for organisational growth.
Oriented toward the needs of the dynamic health sector, the focus in Healthcare Management provides participants with the necessary tools to meet future challenges in this fast-changing environment. The curriculum benefits from the expertise of multidisciplinary faculty and professionals, including therapeutic innovation and health economics.
Core Modules
Core Business Concept curriculum ensures you grasp essential business methodologies, fostering your analytical thinking, and honing your leadership capabilities for real-world application.
Throughout the programme you will follow a personal and professional development programme. You will work with professional and executive coaches to develop your talents, optimise your methodologies and strengthen your interpersonal skills.
You will get the chance to test your skills by applying the knowledge and tools learned in class as you engage in three major multi-disciplinary projects.

As a part of the Executive MBA, you will spend one week abroad studying at a renowned partner institution and visiting local companies selected for their outstanding business practices. To complement the HEC Lausanne curriculum and expertise, the areas of Sales Management and Procurement Management will be covered and exemplified through company visits, guest speakers and a simulation.
